Privacy Policy - Gold Vein CRE
Gold Vein CRE is a Muse connector operated by Hamza Ibrahim, a commercial real estate broker with eXp Commercial in Dallas, Texas. Support and privacy contact: PLACEHOLDER (published before the connector listing goes live). This policy covers the connector and this site.
The short version
The advisory tools keep nothing. The booking tool records a small intake record only after you explicitly consent, and this page tells you exactly what, why, and how to have it deleted. Your data is a trust. We treat it that way.
What the advisory tools touch
When you use the location assessment, site-selection brief, lease review, sale readiness, or franchise expansion tools, you supply business facts in the conversation: space needs, markets, budgets, timelines, business figures, and any lease or letter-of-intent text you paste. Those inputs are processed to produce your answer and then discarded. The connector stores none of them. Lease text can contain names and addresses of other parties; it receives the same treatment: processed in the request, never stored, never used for anything else.
What the booking tool records
Only when you ask to book a strategy session and confirm your consent inside the flow, the connector records: your name, the one contact channel you gave (email or phone), the session topic, an intake summary only if you agreed to attach one, your preferred times, and a consent timestamp. The record goes to the operator's customer relationship system (Attio) so the operator or his team can follow up personally, once, about the session you requested.
What we never collect
- No payment data. The connector takes no payments.
- No government identifiers, financial account credentials, or health data.
- No data about you from outside sources. No enrichment, no scraping, no purchased leads.
- No location tracking. Market names come from you, in your words.
How data is used
Advisory inputs are used once, to produce the answer you asked for. Booking records are used for one personal follow-up about your requested session. Data is never sold, never shared with third parties for marketing, and never used for profiling or automated decisions about any person. No automatic outreach exists in this connector: it sends nothing to anyone.
Subprocessors
- Meta (the Muse platform): conversations pass through Muse under Meta's own terms and policies.
- Vercel: hosts the connector endpoint and this site. Operational logs exclude tool payloads and contact details.
- Attio: stores booking intake records in the operator's workspace.
- Calendly: if you book a time, Calendly handles the scheduling under its own policy.
Any new subprocessor will be added to this page before the change goes live.
Retention
Advisory inputs have zero retention: they are gone when the answer is produced. Operational logs carry timestamps, tool names, and outcome codes only, and roll off on a short cycle. Booking records are kept while the relationship is active and are deleted when they are no longer needed for the follow-up you requested.
Deletion
Ask through the support contact and your booking record is deleted within 7 days, with a confirmation back to you. If you never booked, there is no stored record to delete. Conversation data on the Muse platform itself is managed through Meta's own user controls.
Security
HTTPS only, with modern TLS. The endpoint holds no user accounts and no stored advisory data, which keeps the surface small by design. Access to the booking records is limited to the operator and named team members, under individual accounts with multi-factor authentication.
Transfers and children
The operator is in the United States, and booking records are stored in the United States. This connector serves business owners and agents; it is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
