The service
The connector provides free commercial real estate education and structuring help: location intake, site-selection briefs, lease and letter-of-intent red flag reviews, business sale readiness checks, and franchise expansion maps. It also offers one booking path to a free one-on-one strategy session.
Education, not advice you can sign on
Tool outputs are education from a broker's desk. They are not legal advice, not tax advice, not an appraisal, and not a valuation opinion. The lease review tool says this inside every output, and it holds for the whole connector: have a real estate attorney review any document before you sign it, and a qualified appraiser or valuator value any business before you sell or buy one.
No promises
The connector promises no outcomes: no leases, prices, buyers, timelines, or approvals. Numbers labeled as estimates are arithmetic on the figures you supplied, with their assumptions shown, and real offers can land outside any estimated range in either direction. The connector carries no live listings at launch, states no availability, and quotes no landlord pricing.
No agency from tool use
Using the advisory tools creates no brokerage, agency, or client relationship with the operator or with eXp Commercial. A relationship begins only under a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Booking a strategy session creates an intake record and a meeting, nothing more.
Your inputs
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you supply. Do not paste documents you have no right to share. Advisory inputs are processed and discarded, as the privacy policy describes.
Fair use
The free advisory tools carry published rate limits (60 requests per hour and 300 per day per client session; 5 booking confirmations per day). Automated abuse, attempts to extract other users' data, or use that breaks the law can be blocked without notice.
Changes
These terms and the service can change. Material changes to data handling will appear in the privacy policy before they take effect. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
